About  Chef  Tiger

After growing up in Kansas and Missouri, I began my career as a weekend dishwasher in a restaurant in Wichita, Kansas.  While there, a chef took me under his wing and introduced me to the joy of cooking.

Later, I spent time in south Texas where I learned authentic Mexican and southern cooking.  I went on to study culinary arts.  Through my travels across the United States, I have educated myself in an array of different types of domestic and ethnic cooking.  This has allowed me to create my own style of cooking which I like to describe as an American twist on international cuisine.  

Cooking has allowed me to express my creativity though food.  My professional training has given me the ability to offer excellent service and wonderful food.  My greatest joy is to prepare an exquisite dinner for a group of people.

Through catering I have the opportunity to share my love of cooking with others.  I hope you will allow me to cater your next dinner party or event, so that I may share this with you.
