We are a full-service catering company, whether you’re looking for an elite fine dining experience or sloppy joes and tater tots for your child’s party.

Custom menus are always available regardless of the type of service you choose.  Our goal is to offer quality food and service to meet your needs and budget.

Elite Dining

Our elite dining experience offers you the best service and food quality that we have.  We only use the finest quality, fresh ingredients available;  even if we have to have it flown in. Service would be equal to what you’d expect at an elite fine-dining establishment.  Whatever your need are, we’re here to meet them.  We limit this service to 50 guests or less.  Prices start at $50 per person.

Fine Dining

Our fine-dining service offers you excellent food quality and service.  We only use the finest quality ingredients available locally.  Service would also be equal to what you would expect from a fine dining establishment.  We limit this service to 100 guests or less.  Prices range from $25 to $50 per person.

 

Buffet

This option offers quality buffet style food, with limited service. We provide china, silverware and beverage glasses.  We limit this service to 600 guests or less.  Prices range from $15 to $25 per person.

 

Economy Buffet

This option offers quality food at affordable prices.  Service is limited to buffet line service only.  We limit this service to 600 or fewer guests.  Prices range from $8 to $15 per person.

 

Drop-off Service

The option also offers quality food at affordable prices.  Food is dropped off at your location in disposable containers.  Prices range from $8 to $15 per person.

Invoicing, Payments & Cancellation Policies

The food provided and the services to be performed are limited to those specifically listed on the

invoice.  A copy of said invoice shall be provided to client via email. All revisions to the invoice shall

be sent via email to the client, as soon as the revision has been made.  No verbal agreements shall

supercede the content of the most current invoice.  Changes will be made to the invoice only at

the written request of the client.  Email requests will be honored.  Changes to the number of guests

will be accepted until the date specified on the invoice.  This cut off date is determined on an

individual basis dependent upon the menu.

Gratuity is not included in the invoice, nor is it used as a basis for any charges.  The client is

certainly welcome to leave gratuity for our staff, it is greatly appreciated.

A deposit of $200 shall be collected from the client to ensure that the time of the services requested by

by client shall be kept open for them by Lander Catering, Inc.  This deposit is non-refundable.  The

deposit shall apply to the down payment.

A down payment equal to one half of the invoice total is due thirty, 30, days prior to the event.   A final

number of guests will be provided to Lander Catering, Inc. on or before the date specified on the most

Final amount of the invoice is due the day before the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

(1)More than 30 days prior to the event, the entire down payment in excess of $200 will be returned to

(2)More than 15 days but less than 30 days prior to the event, half the down payment in excess

$200 will be returned to the client;

(3)Less than 15 days prior to the event, no money  will be refunded to client;

(4)Less than 24 hours, total amount of invoice is due and payable to Lander Catering, Inc.
